Pint can. Biscuity malt aroma with notes of bread, toffee, caramel and toasted malt. Pours pale copper colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with biscuity malt, toffee and toasted malt flavors. Finishes smooth with bread and caramel flavors. Nice Festbier.

Bottle. Caramel aroma with notes of licorice, herbal hops, anise, pear and toffee. Pours dark brown with a finger of tan head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with licorice, anise and toffee flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth and a touch dry with herbal hops, caramel and pear flavors. Excellent brown.

Pint can, 2026 vintage. Cinnamon aroma with notes of cacao, chocolate, toffee, licorice, orange, molasses, vanilla, whiskey and oak. Pours deep brown with half a finger of mocha brown head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with rich cacao, chocolate, licorice, toffee and vanilla flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with cinnamon, orange, whiskey, oak and molasses flavors. Quite nice.

Pint can. Pineapple aroma with notes of coconut, vanilla, tangerine and grapefruit. Pours hazy golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, tangerine and coconut flavors. Finishes smooth with vanilla and grapefruit flavors. Refreshing and quite nice.

Bottle, 2023 vintage. Caramel malt aroma with notes of dark fruit, toffee, chocolate, maple, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours deep caramel brown colored with a thin tan head that has good retention and little lacing. Starts with rich caramel, dark fruit, maple and chocolate flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with toffee, vanilla, bourbon and oak flavors as well as a nice warming booziness at the end. Fantastic!

Can. Grapefruit citrus aroma with notes of grassy hops, orange, tangerine, floral and pine resiny hop flavors. Pours clear, pale golden colored with half a finger of white head that has good retention and decent lacing starts with orange, tangerine and grassy hop flavors. Finishes dry but still fairly smooth and a bit of bitterness with grapefruit, floral and pine resiny hop flavors. Good pale.

500ml bottle, 2023 vintage. Roasted malt aroma with notes of jammy berries (marion, mul and boysenberry), chocolate, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and some lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, the aforementioned jammy berries and vanilla flavors. Finishes impeccably smooth with chocolate, bourbon and oak flavors. Fantastic BCBS variant.

Starts with cinnamon, allspice and caramel malt flavors. Finishes smooth with nutmeg, pumpkin and vanilla flavors. Really nice pumpkin.
