Pint can. Orange citrus aroma with notes of grassy hops, floral hops, grapefruit, pine resin, tangerine and pineapple. Pours hazy golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with juicy orange, grassy hops, floral hops and pineapple flavors. Finishes dry but still smooth with tangerine, grapefruit and pine resiny hop flavors. Good hazy pale.

Bottle. Caramel malt aroma with notes of Candi sugar, thyme, orange, dark fruit and spicy Belgian yeast. Pours deep caramel brown with a large tan head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with rich caramel, dark fruit and thyme flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth with Candi sugar, orange and spicy Belgian yeast. Definitely good anytime of year.

Pint can. Pineapple aroma with notes of papaya, mango, passionfruit, guava and grapefruit. Pours hazy pale golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and good, soapy lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, papaya and guava flavors. Finishes smooth, but a touch dry with mango, passionfruit and grapefruit flavors. Pretty nice.

Can, 2023 vintage. Roasted malt aroma with notes of nutmeg, chocolate, coffee, chili peppers, vanilla and cinnamon. Pours deep brown with a finger of mocha brown head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, chocolate, chili peppers and cinnamon flavors as well as having a medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth with coffee, nutmeg and vanilla flavors with the nutmeg lingering on the palate a little longer after each sip. Delightful.

Pours chestnut brown with a finger of mocha brown head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with roasted malt, dark fruit and caramel flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with toffee, apple and spicy yeast flavors. Excellent.

Pours hazy golden orange colored with a finger of off white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with peach, pineapple, tangerine and orange flavors. Finishes dry but still smooth with lychee, mango and grapefruit flavors. Fruity and delicious.

375ml bottle, 2024 vintage. Toffee aroma with notes of hazelnut, caramel, cocoa, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours deep brown with a half a finger of mocha brown head that has good retention and decent lacing. Starts with rich toffee, hazelnut, cocoa and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with caramel, bourbon and vanilla flavors as well as a hint of warming booziness at the end. Quite wonderful.
