Pint can, 2019 vintage. Maple syrup aroma with notes of cinnamon, roasted malt, vanilla, lactose sugar, coffee and chocolate. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and little lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, cinnamon, lactose sugar and chocolate flavors as well as having a medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth with vanilla, coffee and maple syrup flavors. Still pretty good after 7-ish years.

Can. Orange citrus aroma with notes of pineapple, passionfruit, mango, tangerine, grapefruit and some pine resiny hops. Pours hazy golden-orange colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with juicy passion fruit, orange, pineapple and mango flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry and pithy with tangerine, grapefruit and pine resiny hop flavors. Still pretty good even though it’s a bit aged.

Bottle, 2026 vintage. Rich roasted malt aroma with notes of chocolate, caramel, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and some lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, chocolate and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with caramel, vanilla and bourbon flavors as well as a nice warming booziness that warms the belly. Wonderful.

Pint can. Dank weed aroma with notes of white peach, grapefruit, herbal hops, pineapple and orange. Pours clear golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and little lacing. Starts with juicy white peach, pineapple and orange flavors. Finishes dry with herbal hops, grapefruit and dank cannabis flavors. Good and dank.

Can, thanks Quinton! Wheat aroma with notes of grassy hops, citrus and coriander. Pours pale golden colored with a thin white head that has good retention and excellent lacing. Starts with wheat malt and citrus flavors. Finishes crisp and refreshing with coriander and grassy hop flavors. Simple, crushable wheat.

Bottle, 2021 vintage. Roasted malt aroma with notes of vanilla, chocolate, licorice, molasses, whiskey and oak. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and little lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, chocolate, licorice and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with molasses, whiskey and vanilla flavors. Really nice barrel aged black butte that held up well in the cellar.
