Pint can. Peach aroma with notes of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, pine resiny and grapefruit. Pours hazy pale golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with juicy peach, passionfruit and pineapple flavors. Finishes smooth and a bit dry with mango, grapefruit and pine resiny hops. Very nice.

Pint can. Dark chocolate malt aroma with notes of roasted malt, coffee, smoke, bread and grainy malt. Pours black with a thin tan head that has good retention and decent lacing. Starts with dark chocolate, bread and grainy malt flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with smoke, coffee and roasted malt flavors. Good dark lager.

750ml corked bottle, 2025 vintage. Dark fruit aroma with notes of coriander, anise, roasted malt, nutty malt and some toffee. Pours cloudy dark toffee brown with a finger of tan head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with dark fruit, roasted malt and anise flavors as well as having a rich, full body and syrupy mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth but a touch dry with nutty malt, toffee and coriander flavors. Very nice quad.

Imperial pint can. Papaya aroma with notes of mango, pineapple, passionfruit, grapefruit and tangerine. Pours close golden colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with juicy papaya, mango and tangerine flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with pineapple, passionfruit and grapefruit flavors. Juice bomb but quite good.

Pours hazy golden colored with a finger of off white head that has excellent retention and decent soapy lacing. Starts with pineapple, orange and papaya flavors. Finishes dry but fairly smooth with tangerine, mango and grapefruit flavors. Decent and quite pineapple-y.

500ml bottle, 2022 vintage. Chocolate aroma with notes of roasted malt, cherry, caramel, coffee, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and a thin ring of lacing. Starts with rich chocolate, roasted malt, caramel and cherry flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with coffee, vanilla, oak and bourbon flavors as well as nice warming booze that warms the belly. Near perfection.

Pours hazy pale golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and some soapy lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, mango, orange and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry but still smooth with papaya, grapefruit and grassy hop flavors. Pretty nice.

Bomber, 2021 vintage. Mint aroma with notes of chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours deep brown with a half a finger of mocha brown head that has decent retention and some lacing. Starts with chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla and coffee flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth with bourbon, oak and mint flavors with the mintiness lingering on the palate after each sip. I was hoping the mint would have mellowed after aging this long, but it seems to have held up well.

Pint can. Spicy Belgian yeast aroma with notes of bready malt, white grapes, apple, lemony citrus and grainy malt. Pours clear golden colored with a large white head that burned off quickly leaving some lacing. Starts with brwady malt, white grape and lemony citrus flavors. Finishes dry but still smooth with apple, grainy malt and spicy Belgian yeast flavors. Quite nice.
