Pint can. Pineapple aroma with notes of grape, lime, orange, grapefruit, mango, tangerine and grassy hops. Pours hazy golden colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, mango, lime and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry and zippy but still quite smooth with grape, grapefruit and grassy hop flavors. Bright and refreshing. Quite good.

Bottle. Rich roasted malt aroma with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, bread and cherry. Pours black with a finger of mocha brown head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, chocolate and bready malt flavors as well as having a full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes bone dry but quite smooth with coffee and cherry flavors. Good final iteration of this series.

Pint can. Passion fruit aroma with notes of mango, lychee, papaya, grapefruit and floral hops. Pours clear golden colored with a finger of off white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with juicy passion fruit, lychee and grapefruit hop flavors. Finishes dry but smooth with mango, papaya and floral hop flavors. Quite nice.

500ml bottle, 2025 vintage. Cinnamon aroma with notes of toffee, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla, whiskey and oak. Pours cloudy orange colored with a thin tan head that has little retention and some lacing. Starts with toffee, caramel, dark fruit and oak flavors as well as having a medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth with cinnamon, vanilla and whiskey flavors as well as some warming booze at the very end. Not as rich or full bodied as their barrel aged stuff usually is, but still decent.

500ml bottle, 2025 vintage. Caramel aroma with notes of chocolate, dates, hazelnut, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and very little lacing. Starts with caramel, dates, chocolate and vanilla flavors as well as having a rich, full body and sticky sweet mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with hazelnut, bourbon and oak flavors. Nice, but the sweetness is bordering cloying. Looking forward to see what some time in the cellar does…

Can. Orange citrus aroma with notes of tangerine, wheat malt and some grassy hops. Pours cloudy golden colored with a thin white head that has little retention and good lacing. Starts with juicy orange peel and wheat malt flavors. Finishes smooth and refreshing with tangerine and grassy hop flavors. Very good summery beer.

Bottle, 2025 vintage. Rich chocolate cake aroma with notes of milk sugar, orange peel, roasted malt, vanilla, oak and tequila. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has some retention and little lacing. Starts with chocolate cake, milk sugar, roasted malt and orange peel flavors as well as having a rich full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes decadently smooth with vanilla, oak and tequila flavors. No hint of booze for a decadently smooth stout.

500ml corked bottle, thanks Sarah and Craig! Clove aroma with notes of caramel, Candi sugar, bread, nutmeg, allspice and spicy Belgian yeast. Pours deep caramel brown with a finger of tan head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with caramel, Candi sugar, nutmeg and allspice flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth and a touch dry with bread, clove and spicy Belgian yeast flavors. Very nice quad.
