375ml bottle, 2021 vintage. Maple syrup aroma with notes of chocolate, caramel, smoke, roasted malt, vanilla and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin tan head that has little retention and essentially no lacing. Starts with rich chocolate, caramel, roasted malt and smoke flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with sticky maple syrup, vanilla and bourbon flavors. Quite excellent infusion of maple without being cloyingly sweet. Wonderful.

Bottle, 2025 vintage. Rich chocolate brownie aroma with notes of lactose sugar, roasted malt, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and very little lacing. Starts with rich chocolate brownie, lactose sugar and roasted malt flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with vanilla, oak and bourbon flavors. Excellent and as advertised.

Pint can. Grapefruit citrus aroma with notes lemon, candied orange, tangerine, pine resiny hops and melon. Pours clear golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and scant soapy lacing. Starts with juicy lemon, tangerine and candied orange citrus flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with grapefruit, melon and pine resiny hop flavors. Quite nice.

Pint can, 2021 vintage. Cinnamon aroma with notes of boysenberry, roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has some retention and decent lacing. Starts with roasted malt, chocolate, oak and vanilla flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with boysenberry, cinnamon and bourbon flavors. Good balance of the fruit and the roast for a decadent, tasty treat.

Bottle, 2025 vintage. Coriander aroma with notes of wheat malt, citrus, clove, spicy Belgian yeast and grassy hops. Pours golden colored with half a finger of white head that has good retention and excellent lacing. Starts with wheat malt, citrus and coriander flavors. Finishes dry but smooth with clove, spicy Belgian yeast and grassy hop flavors. Quite nice.

375ml corked bottle. Plum aroma with notes of chocolate, sherry, oak, vanilla, cherry and fig. Pours ruby-caramel colored with a thin tan head that has no retention and no lacing. Starts with jammy plum, chocolate, cherry and sherry flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth, sticky mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with fig, oak and vanilla as well as a nice, warming booziness that warms the belly at the end. Unique with a rich depth of flavor.
