500ml corked bottle, 2023 vintage. Barnyard aroma with notes of funk, straw, floral hibiscus, vanilla and oak. Pours clear golden colored with a finger of soapy white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with barnyard, funk and hibiscus flavors as well as having a lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry and very tart with straw, vanilla and oak flavors. Very nice sour.
