Bottle. Candi sugar aroma with notes of spicy Belgian yeast, caramel, toffee, banana, clove and floral hop flavors. Pours caramel brown colored with a large tan head that has little retention and very little lacing. Starts with caramel, toffee, banana and spicy Belgian yeast flavors. Finishes smooth and a bit dry with Candi sugar, clove and floral hop flavors. Very nice dubbel.

Pint can. White grape aroma with notes of peach, guava, grapefruit, tangerine and orange. Pours hazy golden-orange colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and decent soapy lacing. Starts with juicy peach, guava and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry and very pithy with white grape, orange and grapefruit flavors. Pretty solid, lots of citrus at the end.

Can. Passion fruit aroma with notes of mango, pineapple, melon, grapefruit and floral hops. Pours hazy golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with juicy passion fruit, mango and grapefruit flavors. Finishes dry but still quite smooth with pineapple, melon and floral hop flavors. Quite nice.

Bottle, 2014 vintage. Pumpkin spice aroma of nutmeg, clove, cinnamon and allspice as well as having notes of vanilla, caramel, pumpkin, oak, bourbon and booze. Pours deep brown with a thin tan head that has good retention and some lacing. Starts with with caramel, pumpkin, oak and vanilla flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with the flavors of the aforementioned pumpkin spices, bourbon and a fairly heavy amount of warming booze. Great pre-thanksgiving beer.

Can. Corn aroma with notes of straw, lime citrus and light spicy hops. Pours clear, pale golden colored with a thin white head that has poor retention and little lacing. Starts with corn and straw malt flavors with a light body and crisp mouthfeel. Finishes smooth and refreshing with lime citrus, salt and slight hop spicy flavors. Decent, refreshing lager.

Can. Green chile aroma with notes of grain malt, bread and grassy hops. Pours cloudy golden colored with a thin white head that has some retention and lacing. Starts with grainy and bready malt flavors. Finishes smooth with a lot of chile heat and some grassy hop flavors with the green chile lingering on the palate long after each sip. Great chile flavor.

Imperial pint can. Dank pineapple aroma with notes of mango, papaya, grapefruit, floral and pine resiny hops. Pours hazy golden colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, papaya and floral hop flavors. Finishes dry but still smooth with mango, grapefruit and pine resiny hop flavors. Pretty good hazy.

Pours hazy golden colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with lemon, pineapple, herbal hop and orange flavors. Finishes dry but still quite smooth with grassy hops, grapefruit and tangerine flavors. Decent IPA, will definitely miss these guys.
