Starts with juicy peach, strawberry and papaya flavors. Finishes dry but still quite smooth with mango, passionfruit and pine resiny hop flavors. Decent.

Pint can. Pineapple aroma with notes of peach, papaya, mango, orange, tangerine and grapefruit. Pours hazy golden-orange colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, peach, papaya and orange flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with mango, tangerine and grapefruit flavors. Solid.

Bottle, 2025 vintage. Vanilla aroma with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, oak and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has some retention and very little lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, chocolate and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with vanilla and bourbon flavors as well as a good warming booziness at the end. Goes hard on the vanilla and I’m not mad about it.

500ml bottle. Tangerine aroma with orange, peach, grapefruit, currant and floral hops. Pours hazy golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and decent, soapy lacing. Starts with juicy tangerine, peach and currant flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with orange, grapefruit and floral hop flavors. Pretty nice hazy.

Pours hazy pale golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with juicy guava, passionfruit, orange and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry but still quite smooth with pineapple, grapefruit and grassy hop flavors. Excellent.

Pint can, 2025 vintage. Cherry aroma with notes of caramel, toasted malt, toffee, dark fruit and some pine resiny hops. Pours dark amber colored with a thin off white head that has little retention and a scant ring of lacing. Starts with caramel, toasted malt and dark fruit flavors as well as having a medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with cherry, toffee and some pine resiny hop flavors. Very good American barleywine.

Starts with caramel, bread and grassy hop flavors. Finishes smooth and crisp with toffee and floral hop flavors. Good winter lager.

Pours clear golden colored with half a finger of white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with spicy hop, peach, clove and lemony citrus flavors. Finishes dry but impeccably smooth with pear, earthy and grassy hop flavors. Excellent tripel.
