Living in Colorado, “Easy Street” is more of a state of mind than an actual place. Light in color with refreshing citrus undertones, Easy Street is an unfiltered American-style wheat beer. The yeast gives the beer a nice smooth finish, a slight fruit flavor, and it’s distinct cloudy appearance.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Davidsons Wine & Spirits in Highland Ranch, CO. Thanks G-unit! Pours a semi-clear gold color with a white head and fair retention. Almost no lacing. Grainy aroma. Good straightforward wheat ale flavor with a slightly sweet and citrus finish. Limited wheat body, almost pale lager-like. Very clean and easy drinking.

Hazy gold. Nose is wheat malt, citrus hops. Decent malt flavor, wheat biscuit, American hops accent. Crisp.

Can from Boise Co-op. Very subtle what beer, as in, barely there. Light golden body, skin of head. Faint grainy aroma, white bread. Taste too is bready, wheat. It does have a nice texture though, not enough to salvage this.

Can, hazy light yellow. Typical light wheat beer aromas. A bit more sharp hop flavors that I expected. Bold flavors, soft wheat bready trailer. Not Bad

Draft pour pint at the Falling Rock. Finally made it here after years of curiosity. Thought this would be a nice early afternoon kick off beer. Rating from my notes. Pours a high fizz golden color with a full inch of lasting foam head. Sweet and slightly funky aroma. Flavor is fruity sweet up front, with a grainy wheat finish. Sweet, wheat finish that I would prefer to forget. Very light beer, but flavor was a little off putting. Beer was just okay for me.
