Half pour at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, bubbly, beige head. The aroma is milk chocolate, maple, toffee, toast, and pine. Sweet and malty, with a good touch of bitterness. Light and chalky. Easy and quite tasty.

Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The nose is coffee, heavy soy, toast, and blood orange. Sweet and malty, with an unpleasant bitterness. Medium body, watery, and a bit acidic. Off and difficult to drink.
