On tap at the brewery, for their Monday test tap. Pours a dark, brown color, with a small, bubbly, off-white head. The nose is harsh coffee, caramel, cinnamon, and chicory. Sweet and sugary, with a hard bitterness. Light to medium body, with a sticky and astringent mouthfeel. A bit heavy handed, but not bad.

On tap at the brewery. Pours an unclear, dark brown color, with a small, fine, off-white head. The nose is vanilla, allspice, toffee, brown sugar, and mild pumpkin. Sweet and syrupy, with a mild, savory spice. A good hint of bitterness that balances pretty well. Medium body, with a silky, lightly boozy palate. This is a solid and measured pumpkin beer.

Pint at the brewery (the Tutt location, I guess I have to clarify now!). Pours a sorta hazy, brown color, with a big, frothy, tan head. The aroma is vanilla, butter toffee, walnuts, and some piney hops. Sweet and sugary, with a mild bitterness. Medium body, with a smooth, creamy palate. This is quite nutty and interesting, but more of a nut brown than a stout.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a light, bronze color, with a big, tan head. Huge blueberry jam aroma, with some vanilla, pine, butterscotch, and graham crackers. Very sweet, almost cloying. Heavy body, with a thick, syrupy mouthfeel. This is a decadent, beautiful beer.
