Pint at the brewery. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a bubbly, white head. The aroma is grapefruit juice, orange zest, cereals, juniper, and lime. Sweet and sugary, with a smooth bitterness. Quite juicy, but fun and well made.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, dense, tan head. The nose is light coffee, cherry, leather, a lot of plum, and caramel. Roasty and almost dry, with a light bitterness. Medium body, with a hard, chewy palate. This is quality and truly unique stout.
