At a tasting, thanks, clear palish yellow color, aroma of honey and oxidised notes wit a hint of candy and butter, flavor of candy, pear, butter and oxodosed. Bad.

Bottle shared at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Pale yellow. Aroma of honey, flowers, a bit of cookies, unripe fruitiness. Slightly sweetish flavor, rather dry, slightly sourish, with fruitiness, honey, flowers, a bit of spiciness, and a bit of alcohol. OK.

Bottle shared at a tasting Tom L’s place. Clear very pale yellow-golden. Nice aroma with honey, flowers, fruitiness, alcohol note. Dry flavor, slightly tart, with a faint salty note, honey, a bit of flowers, light fruitiness, and a bit of alcohol. A decent mead.

Bottle sample at Beeratenu in Jerusalem. Deep golden color. Honey, flowers, some peaches, wine. Pretty dry, with a light sweetish note, slightly tart. A bit of alcohol. An OK mead. Easy-drinking.
