Bottle shared at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Pale yellow. Aroma of honey, flowers, a bit of cookies, unripe fruitiness. Slightly sweetish flavor, rather dry, slightly sourish, with fruitiness, honey, flowers, a bit of spiciness, and a bit of alcohol. OK.

Bottle shared at a tasting Tom L’s place. Clear very pale yellow-golden. Nice aroma with honey, flowers, fruitiness, alcohol note. Dry flavor, slightly tart, with a faint salty note, honey, a bit of flowers, light fruitiness, and a bit of alcohol. A decent mead.
