10 ounce at brewery - dark ruby - robust, bready malt, caramelized sugars, mild spiciness, light dark fruit - earthy finish, but also gets a little watery on the tail end - still fairly solid.

10 ounce at the brewery - turbid gold - a little more assertively bitter than you’d expect from a hazy, especially in the finish - fresh and tropical up front, followed by spicy hoppiness through the middle, but then finishes a little catty and garlicky - uneven.

10 ounce at the brewery - I believe this iteration was made with peaches (as they’re in season around here right now) - light and quenching, with a moderate spiciness and a lightly peppery yeast character - light tartness and acidity through the middle before a subtle fruitiness leading into the finish - it’s decent.

10 ounce at the brewery - dark ruby, nearly black pour - traditional lager rendition - medium to full body - medium-sweet, but with moderate roast, light acidity to balance - coffee, tobacco, blueberry, vanilla - roast and acidity get lightly abrasive on the tail end - decent.

10 ounce at the brewery - clear dark amber - clean and dry, but with a rich bready maltiness, moderate bitterness, light underlying mineral and notes of chocolate and nuttiness far in the back - very lightly unclean on the back end, but otherwise solid.

Light mango and pepper. Pours orange with decent head. Adjuncts kill a lot of the hefeweizen vibe here. Savor.

10 ounce at the brewery - named “Mascabados” with a 10.3 labeled abv - deep mahogany color - medium body - not super sweet, but still has a bit of a sugary finish - moderate yeast spiciness - light dark fruit - warming alcohol, but not boozy - a bit of smokiness in the nose - light bit of unwelcome huskiness on the tail end - a little flawed, but decent.

10 ounce at the brewery - black with a tan lace - nice medium-dry porter, with some slight vanilla, dry cocoa, and a slight tannic character on the tail end - earthy, with a light finishing acidity - it’s nice.
