Bottle (33cl) shared at Maakun’s. Hazy amber golden with white head. Sweet old yellow and brown apples, massive goat, horse, pooped-upon-straw and other ridiculous farm funk, rubberband dryness. Moldy and woody. Sweet and watery. Dense wild complexity. Sweet, tart and moderate bitter. Some applepits and stem woodiness. Medium body and soft carbonation. I like it.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy deep golden with white head. Sweet apple, huge barnyard bites, donkey sweat, diesel, plastic, dank wood, apple pie, herbal, dry apple peel. Medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied with lots of carbonation. OK.

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Unclear orange color with white head. Aroma is funk, stables, super brett, red apples. Taste is red apples, barn, leathery, almost dusty mineraly finish. Foamy carbonation. A bit sweet, but lovely funk there!

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Unclear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh pear, light vanilla, very mineraly, if simple. Taste is pear, vanilla, nice fruit, mineraly. Very foamy carbonation, almost dusty. Good!

Bottle from Craft Brewed shared at a Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a mostly clear gold with a full 2 fingers of white, spritzy foam that lingers, then dissipates. Big dried pear aromas with granny smith apples, tart crab apple. Some floral notes with hay and slight must as it warms. Less interesting on the palate. Sweet apple with some light overripe pear, mineral and grass. Not as funky as I'd hoped but the nose is pretty good.

750ml bottle pours out hazy golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is nice big funky barnyard sweet apple notes and some cheese. Taste is more of the nice sweet apples tons of funky notes lots going on. Very fun.

Pale yellow color. Strong aroma of sulfites, too strong, farty, like no other French cider/perry, this is unpleasant, and no perry aroma therefore.
