Bottle pour at Valhalla Club courtesy of Eitan the bartender, pours a clear blonde. Aroma has rich light berries, gentle honey nectar, and a floral character. Flavour is clean, with soft floral wildflower honey, plenty of the cloudberries, and very gentle acidity. Finishes not that sweet, with a fair bit of booze. Very nice.

Bottle, no head or carbonation, murky dark brown colour, umami, dark honey, clove, cinnamon, cardamom, candid fruit, a bit of nuts and peanuts, hint of milk chocolate, quite strong liquor like alcoholic presence. Nice and very sippable. .

Bottle, murky darkish orange color, small bubbly head, aroma of citrus, peach and stinky minerals, flavor of apricot a bit of grapefruit and a bit harsh medium green bitterness. Nice but could be more refined.

Bottle, very little creamy head, cloudy dark orange color, mellow smokey aroma with a bit of fruitiness behind, quite sweet fruity pineapple with a light sourness and light smokiness behind, could use more sourness and is a bit heavy. Nice and weird.

Bottle, smallish head, opaque pitch black colour, aroma of smoke and toasted notes with a hint of peat and maybe tar, flavor of caramel, bitter dark chocolate, smoke and charred notes, quite bitter but with a hint of sweetness. Really nice, just a bit rough.
