At Beers 2019, very little head, murky dark brown color, mute aroma of sour dark bread some minerals and yeast, flavor of brown bread and coal, feels thin and quite sour, a bit coarse bitterness. Nothing too interesting.

At Beers 2019, smallish bubbly head, murky dark yellow color, aroma of marzipan, med. shrubs, spice and a hint of meatiness, flavor of mint and sage with some cookies, wheat and a hint of candy, light sourness. Interesting but really messy.
