Certified since the brewery's founding in 2018, La Nocturne is, above all, a brewery that respects the environment and its consumers.

Committed to producing in harmony with nature, the brewery is committed to respecting the environment through its ecological approach: returnable bottles, reduced water and cleaning product consumption, green electricity, and short supply chains.

​The beers are brewed using traditional methods, without additives, using only malt, hops, and yeast.

Our raw materials are sourced organically and as close as possible to the production site.

33cl bottle from Les Pupitres de Céline in Château-Chalon. Head is medium, egg-white, good retention. Colour is deep amber, hazy. Aroma is malty, citrus floral, bit caramel. Taste is medium malty base, bit citrus, grapefruit, bready, caramel, bit weak bitterness for the style yet not bad, enjoyed.

33cl bottle from Les Pupitres de Céline in Château-Chalon. Head is medium, bit pink. Colour is coppery, hazy. Aroma is light cherry, lactic touch. Taste is medium malty base, nice cherries, bit lactic, red berries, decent bitterness, bit citrus, medium carbonation, ok yet nothing memorable.

33cl bottle from Les Pupitres de Céline in Château-Chalon. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is pale gold, light hazy. Aroma is malty, light floral hoppy. Taste is medium malty base, bit bready, light herbal hoppy, decent harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

33cl bottle from Les Pupitres de Céline in Château-Chalon. Head is big, white, average retention. Colour is blonde, murky hazy. Aroma is nice wheat citrus, grapefruit, bit herbal, clove touch. Taste is light malty base, nice lemon lime, bit herbal, lemongrass, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, clove touch, not for the style with lime herbal combo yet nice balanced beer, enjoyed.
