Bottle. Pours reddish with tall head. Nice rye aroma. Taste of rye, light sweetness, spicy. Good thing.

Bottle from Pomalo Zagreb. Muddy, hazy ochre body, white head which goes away soon enough. Lovely fennel notes in the aroma, with a salty-tart touch as well. Lighter taste, well balanced tartness with a light salty touch, the fennel is not as intensive as in the aroma, but this very much makes sense, excellent first take at a gose with a lovely local touch.

0.5 l bottle from Pomalo Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Marko, thanks. Unclear golden. Aroma is fennel (similar to licorice), overwhelming, floral, a lemony touch, corriander probably, but it's unfortunately kind of lost in the aroma. Soft sourness, grain, fennel dominates again, candy, lemon, quite drinkable. Saltiness present in the back, good balance except for the fennel. Light body, moderate carbonation, light tart finish.

Dark amber,medium head and resistance. Strong malty aroma. Overhopped for marzen. Strong hoppiness in taste and aftertaste. Light body is ok,bit overcarbonated. Unbalanced.

0.5 l bottle at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Alex. Clear amber small off-white head. Aroma is malty, toasty, herbal, slightly harsh. Cardboard. Malty and hoppy, herbal, a bit rough, quite dry. Light body, moderate carbonation.

Bottled 500ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Clear amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, light caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, nutty, light phenolic and herbal with weak fruity notes. Bitterish sweet finish.

Pours murky yellow, thin head. Aroma citrus and herbs. A bit weak taste with light hoppiness. Aroma and taste based on watermelon and herbs. Expected more,but this is batch #01.

Bottle, 0.5l. Hazy, juicy looking orange pour, half finger soapy white head, short lasting. Minimal lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, fruity, citruses, mango, zesty. Pine, pineapple, subtle herbal notes. Light to medium body, average carbonation. Soft mouthfeel and texture, slightly watery, mild chewiness. Balanced bittersweet taste. Fruity aroma, citruses, pineapple, mango. Pine, hints of vanilla. Oats. Zest. Herbal notes in the background. Long lasting finish, dry, lingering bitterness. Quite decent but it feels somewhat empty, like it's missing something... Fuller body would do wonders here. Still, pretty good thirst quencher, looking forward to the second batch.
