Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear gold with a billowing, frothy white head. Drinks fine. Lightly sweet, some pale grain, white bread, biscuits, faint bitter straw, wheat flakes. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Sweet finish, more wheat flakes and biscuits. Not bad, all things considered.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 25th March 2022. Drank at home on 28th September 2022. Didn't notice it was 7.2% until I sniffed and tasted it, had to check the bottle, didn't know it was a Bock! Clean and clear bronze body, thin white head. Malty, sweet and 'Bocky'. My sweet tooth liked it, but the alcohol was all too obvious and a couple of these would induce a proper headache, I reckon.

Can. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, hop and grass. Flavour is malt, grainy, little sweet, hop, grass, little dry and a little bitter.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Reddish brown pour with a beige head. Nose is toffee, caramel, orchard fruit, sweet malt. Taste is toffee apple, sweet malt, currants, orchard fruits. Light bitter linger.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Gold pour with a white head. Nose is grapefruit, bitter malts, lemon zest, kiwifruit. Taste is dried fruit, bitter citrus, malts. Long bitter finish. Very refreshing.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Deep amber pour with a white head. Nose is dried fruit, citric peel, sultanas, caramel. Taste is honey,caramel, lots of dried fruit, white bread, quite a boozy mouthfeel. Quite medicinal.
