Big white shiny lasting head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Milky fruity aroma with hoppy notes. Dry-sweetish malty fruity taste with chalky resiny notes. Soft, mild, smooth mouthfeel. Fullish body. Dryish grassy herbal fruity aftertaste. Quite nice, even when somewhat warm. Refreshing. (0.3l draft at Art Café U Irmy, Prague. Billed as the Svetly Lezak 11P.)

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Moderately sweet and biscuity malty aroma with shy spicy and slightly woody hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Malt-accented taste with notes of biscuits and traces of caramel. Almost dry, slightly bitter finish with a delicate Saaz character. Reliable quality (12.III.09).

Small, yellowish-beige head over very dark brown beer, with a foxy shine. Sweet nose, with a dark bread aroma. Roasted malts, dry, but aromatic. Very neutral taste, lightly sweetened ink, dark German bread, faint acidity included. Fruit-of-the-mothercorn. Light bodied, but not thin, even slightly creamy MF. Not bad, but I’ve experienced better Schwarzbiere.

Medium, collapsing, just yellow-tinted head over pale yellow beer. Lightly baked cookies nose, and some dry grains. Just a pinch of peppery hops. Good hops/malts balance, set off by just lightly acidic, but obvious carbonation. Bit fizzy, light body. Excellent Bohemian Pils for a bottled, pasteurized large volume product. In its sort, well worth trying.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet wirth notes of malt, eggs, bread, and some hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of bread, eggs, and hops, as well as hints of straw and fruits, leading to a dry bitter finish.

From tap at Svejk, Frederiksberg, DK. Pours hazy orange with a slowly collapsing white head. Smooth yeasty and light toasted malty aroma. Mild sweetend malt flavour, light cornish and slight acidic initial flavoured. Subdued diacetyl accent, really minor - but there. Ends mild acidic and malty, light bittered.

[bottle] Hazy, golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet and slightly buttery malty nose with a grainy touch. Light-sweet flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly nutty and minimal buttery malty taste with light hoppy accents towards the malt-accented finish. Okay [29.X.08].
