The aroma is very hoppy and malt sweet. The color is golden and it has an OK but fast disappearing head. The flavor is very hoppy and dry start, then it turns sweet. In the middle it is quite watery, but then it ends of with a very nice bitterness. Not the best Czech beer I've had, but a fine beer without being special.

Sampled draught at Soldaten Svejk, Stockholm, Sweden.
Golden coloured witrh firm head. Grassy aroma. Fruity and lightly orangey. Rather sweet with compact, malty mouthfeel and a mild, slightly salty finish.

Sampled draught at Soldaten Svejk, Stockholm, Sweden.
Dark ruby with creamy, stable beige head. Slight grassy hop aroma. Dryish with obvious coffee flavour and chewy maltyness. Creamy mouthfeel and a very light hint of butterscotch. The finish has low bitterness and is pleasantly velvetty.

Golden coloured. Oily hop aroma. Medium bodied, rather dry. You can easily tell that it contains loads of saaz hops. Very bitter finish. A genuine Czechish pils.

Most beers from the Czech Republic tastes more or less the same, this is no exception. Not bad, just average.

Perhaps a shade lighter in body than other Czech pilsners, but same good flavour.
