Bottle. Aroma: cooked vegetables, metal, roasted malt, a little bit of raisin. Black colour, beautiful frothy head. Light bitterness. Light body, thin texture, soft carbonation. Very disappointing.

Tap at RJ. Aroma mostly roasted malts, light coffee, roasted, light light caramel. Stable beige head, clear dark ruby-brown colour. Taste leaves nothing untold. Honest straightforward tmavy. Light caramel, moderate bitterness of roasted origin with subtle roasted flavour. A bit thin, but that is to be expected. Drinkability is high, remains refreshing. Very good beer.

(Draught at Zubaty Pes, Prague, 18 July 2013) Golden colour with brief, white head. Malty nose with bread, grass and toffee. Malty taste with notes of bread, grass, toffee, vanilla, hay and a mild, grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well made, but average, Czech pilsner. Enjoyable.

Aroma: cereal, some herbs, a bit of butter. Pale, clear, minimal head. Medium sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body. Both malt side and hoppy side expressed in a good way, good balance between sweetness and bitternesss. Was ok despite being 1 month after 'best before' date. Very solid.
