Es mag daran liegen, dass ich vorher ein ausgezeichnetes Pale Ale getrunken habe, aber dieses Bier kann nicht viel. Es hat zwar einen netten Buttergschmack, der dazugehört, aber die sonstigen Aromen geben nicht viel her. Es fehlt einfach an den hopfig-malzigen Spiel, das die 11-grädigen Tschechen auszeichnet. Brauche ich nicht mehr.

RBESG 19, at XXVII. Nepomucké pivní slavnosti. Murky cola body, creamy tan head. DMS and vague diacetyl in the aroma, urgh. Lean taste, caramel mostly, very light cardboard. The caramel notes are okay, but this was flawed sadly.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, farty yeast, cereals. Taste is the same. Soft mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Ok.

Near black with a tan head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, dark malts, fudge and chocolate. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle. Golden colour, frothy head that stays for a while. Nose is faint. Aroma of butter, malt, a bit of grassy hops. Light bitterness, light sweetness. Soft carbonation, light body. Decent.
