Murky orangey color with compact head. Pungent aroma, fruity, tropical, fresh; more similar to Nelson Sauvin than Mosaic. Dry and lean mouthfeel, it’s a bit too yeasty, but the hopping is huge; the buckwheat is a bit sharp too and adds something to the big spicy character. Piquant final.
Very dirty, but very good, and sessionable; I wish it was cleaner…

At the source on tap: Pours orange with a white head. Aroma is a whole lot of citrus and some apricot. Slightly bitter with a nice aftertaste. Pretty good. I regret that I did not try their other two beers that they had available. Oh well.
