Draft pour at the brewery. Poured a mostly clear, nutty copper color with a small ecru head. Aroma was very easy to drink. Sweet malts, but not overly sweet. Just a nice light toasted malt character that was really nice. Smooth, tasty.

Draft at NNK Brewing. Nitro pour. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a really creamy, long lasting head. Well, it's a lot like Guinness. Super smooth. Chocolate, with big roasted malts. Flavor was similar, a bit more roasted than similar beers. Pretty tasty stuff.

Draft at NNK Brewing. Poured a nearly pitch black color at first sight, maybe seriously opaque cola color with a small ecru head. Aroma was big chocolate malts, with some smoke. Flavor was big chocolate, roasted malts. Some smoke, but surprised at how mellow and subtle the smoke is compared to some smoked beers. This was a really solid beer and was probably my favorite from the visit.

Draft at NNK Brewing. Poured a slightly cloudy orange color with a small, white head. Pleasant fruity character, not as resin forward as a traditional West coast, but this is a pretty tasty typical throwback IPA but with a modern twist so it's not just some kind of earthy malt bomb. I think it would have been better with some random name not with the label of West Coast, which these days is often more associated with resinous, bitter beers that are still relatively light in body (compared to old-school versions), but Im just a rando online, haha. I'd order it again despite any criticism I might be laying against this beer.
