Pour is an almost clear blond with a huge white head. Aroma is a super funky and white peppery mix. Some fresh herbal hops are there as well. Flavor is the same but a little less. Funky yeasty notes with green herbal hops and even a slight toasted note. This was stellar stuff.

Pour is a hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is equal parts farmhouse yeast funk and citrus hops. Flavor is pretty much the aroma with yeasty funk esters, white pepper and a fresh blast of the hops with a pretty decent hit of bitterness. This was a really nice beer. Reminds me of Stone's Cali-Belgique back in the day.
