Dark brown. Clear dark amber. Aroma is sweet caramel, some dried fig, also dried berries. Taste is slight metallic with some harsh, sweet and bitter body. Quite heavy. Ok.

Bottle. Clear brown color with beige head. Aroma is caramel, earthy, molasses. Taste is the same, very molasses-y. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation, quite chewy. Decent Doppelbock!

Nice crystal brown color with a momentary head. Clean caramel bock aroma, not too sweet in the nose. The sweet caramel flavor is really fantastic, but it's rather one dimensional. Not much hop character.

50cl bottle. A clear deep golden beer with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of grainy malt, cereals, straw. Taste of moderate sweet and dry grainy malt, straw and mild spicy hops.

On tap at Zollhaus, Landshut, Thursday 16th May 2019. This pours hazy orange/gold with a large billowing foamy head. Wow this is good, really refreshing, lovely soft mouthfeel, a little orange zest amongst the banana and wheat. Loz would love this. Yes a very good wheat beer.
