Description
Careful, now it's getting romantic! For us at ueberquellbeer is not an exchangeable mass product, but something very serious and real and genuine and truly special. Because it's something brewed by people, not machines. Because in contrast to all the ultra-modern equipment, people have a little more passion to brew passionately. And the prettier hands too. Now, if you're wondering if all this has happened was what our breweries are all about, we can announce full of hops and malt: We brew our bottles at our friends of Schnitzlbaumer in Traunstein. Of course according to our recipes, on the identical plant and under the keen eye of our master brewer. The on-site brewery has 7 tanks, where we produce our core range.

Smooth taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, fruity, light caramel, spicy notes. Mild bittersweet aftertaste, fruity, dusty, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; good smooth IPA, easy to drink.

Tap at Naiv, pours a clear gold with some sticky, white head. Nose has those lager notes of honey and malt, but also a clear lemony hop note and some soap. Flavor is bitter, pine, soap, lemon, orange, biscuit. Doesn't drink like a lager.

Bottle, 5.6%. Gusher. Good hop aroma of fresh soft fruits. Almost clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour does not have the same hop notes as the aroma, at least not to the same degree. Tastes all right, but I would have liked more hop flavour. 6 3 6 3 14

Draught, 5.6% at the brewpub. Mild spicy aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is malty and slightly spicy. The spiciness seems to come from both malt and hops. 6 3 6 3 15
