Appearance: Cloudy pale yellow with a small white head of low retention. Aroma and taste: Overripe apples, pleasant funk, autumn leaves, hay, a bit of citrus, vinous notes. Pretty dry. Light to medium sour. tart ending. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average plus carbonation. Summary: Good cider.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max. Clear golden. Green apples, sulphur note, a bit of funk, sourish and slightly bitterish, wood, some citrus, white wine. Nice.
