Bottle picked up from REWE Rothenburg ob der Tauber and consumed at home Friday 29th October 2021, we had homemade Lasagna accompanied with a Greek Salad, listening to PJ Harvey - Stories From the City Stories From the Sea. Pours reddy amber, pretty decent clarity with an off white head. Caramel, fruity some plums and damsons, fruit skins, light caramel, a little biscuit, quite nice.

Bottle picked up from Kaufland Rothenburg ob der Tauber, had this at home Thursday 28th October 2021 listening to Marc Riley on 6 Music, cooking Pilzpfanne mit Pancetta und Petersilie. Pours clear gold with a white head, super clarity, this looks great, soft mouthfeel, a little cereal and grainy sweetness, nice underlying maltiness, a late and subtle bitterness. Very nice

Bottle picked up from Kaufland Rothenburg ob der Tauber, consumed at home Sunday 24th October 2021, listening to Trentmøller - Lost. We have Belgian Beef Carbonnade for tea. Pours hazy gold (unfiltered as I recall) a white head. Nice Kellerbier, good mouthfeel, flavourwise it's malty with a nod towards caramel, a light nutty touch, light bitterness, I could happily drink a few of these.

Bottle picked up from Kaufland or Rewe (forget which one) Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bayern and consumed at home Saturday 23rd October 2021, listening to Deliluh - Beneath the Floors and about to cook Pumpkin Mali Kari and Mashed Potato Parathas. Pours warm gold, with a rapidly departing white head. Soft moutheel, malt dominates but it's not overly malty, it's just that malt is the key thing here. A little thick in the mouth, sweet, light toffee touch. Fine.

Listening to Bills & Aches & Blues a 4AD compilation of covers of 4AD artists by current artists. About to cook Salmon and Cream Cheese Stuffed Pasta. Pours warm gold with a white head, light maltiness, a little fruit, soft moutheel, dry and clean.

On tap at Ratsstube, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Tuesday 19th October 2021. Pours mid chestnut brown with an off white head, soft moutheel, caramel dominates, a little flinty edge, pretty decent Dunkel.

Rating No. 11900 Bottled 500ml. -Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, malty grainy nose. Sweet malty, grainy, grassy and slightly herbal with touch of honey in the finish.
