750ml bottle I picked up at the Hunger Mountain Coop. Pours a clear, starbright, honey gold with zero head. Dead still. Nice nose, sweet apple and apple juice, lemon and tart green apple too, caramel and butter. Flavor is less interesting, very tart with green and crab apples, buttery, some chardonnay/neutral wood, dandelion. Oily, tart finish.

500ml bottle from Hunger Mountain Co-op, pours a clear gold with some spritzy white head. Nice nose, apples, green apple skins and bittersweet apple juice, apple sauce, a little butter. Flavor is chewier, more apple meat and some core, some vinous notes here. Finishes tart and dry. Very well done. 8 3 7 4 14
