Many thanks for this dry cider to Nisse666. Piana jak w winie musujacym skwierczy i szybko powstaje i szybko znika, babelki szybko przestaja pracowac. Jest jasne, blado jasne. W smaku jablka lackie swiezo wyciskane kwaskowe, wytrawne ciut posmaku slodkiego ale kwaskowosc i wytrawnosc tu przoduje, i o to wlasnie chodzi. dobry cyderek. Thanks Thomas

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is mineraly, green apple skin, some candy, rather clean. Taste is mineraly, green apple skin, a bit custard, dry finish. Mineraly mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. Nice!
