Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e arancia rossa.

On tap at Be Hoppy. Pours a clear dark brown with a ruby hue and a thick earthy brown head that lasts through the beer and laces. Aroma has a nice dry roast with dark grains and a hint of dark bread coming through. Flavor has a good balance of dry dark grain and roast with a hint of bitterness in the finish.
