Aromas are dark mode, coffee, roast. Flavors are similar to nose and mildly sweet with enough bitter and carbonation to balance. Fairly smooth. A bit chalky.

12 ounce bottle from Festival Foods Oshkosh, 5/24/21. Hazy copper, thin fizzy tan head, poor retention. Aroma of toast and dark fruits. Taste is toast, grain, stone fruit, a bit of piney hops. A little off balance and too sweet. Very little bitterness, off balance. Commercial description promises more than it delivers. Meh.

Keg at the brewery, 6.22.19. Hazy gold, poor head retention. Was gone before I even got it. Aroma of yeast, apple, bready malt. Taste is cider apples, candi sugar, spice, bready malt, yeast. Medium bodied, slick, mild booziness, mild spice. 15.7k!!!
