Keg at the brewery, 1/8/22. Black, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, hops, chocolate. Aroma of minty and green hops, roasted malt, earth, chocolate. Ratings trail off, but I liked it.

Keg at the brewery, 1/8/22. Clear copper, thin creamy tan head, decent retention. Aroma of green, leafy, floral hops. Taste is wet, green, citrus, floral hops, tropical fruit. Juicy, mild bitterness.

Keg at the brewery, 1/8/22. Near black, large creamy brown head, good retention. Aroma of roasted malt, smoke, beef jerky. I’m almost certain this is not smoked, but it sure seems like it. Taste is roasted malt, chocolate, mild smoke. Slick, well balanced. Maybe they did sneak some smoked malt in here. Or maybe I had COVID nose. Very nice beer.

Keg at the brewery, 1/8/22. Clear gold large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of lemony hops, pale doughy malt. Taste is doughy malt, lemon, orange. Crisp, juicy. Not a traditional dortmunder, but, it’s nice.
