Keg at the brewery during the March 2023 Prohibition Speakeasy Road Trip, 3/11/23. Brown, large beige head, average retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, earth. Taste is roast, earth, caramel, chocolate. Well balanced.

Keg at Brewed Omen, 9/25/22. Hazy amber, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of caramel, cherry, toasted malt. Taste is cherry, stone fruit, toffee. Tad bit off balance. Nice.
