Keg sample at the Chilton Beer Fest, 5/21/23. New brewery! Brewery # 2163, USA # 1757, Wisconsin # 193. I'm coming for you crossovert! Dark brown, large brown head, average retention. Aroma of nuts, grain, caramel. Reminded me a bit of dog kibble. Taste is the same but when a mild hop note. Thin. Not bad, but sophomoric. Not the greatest intro to this brewery.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has slightly dank tropical fruits with a bit of melon and some sweet grains and citrus supporting. Flavor has dank tropical fruit and some sweet onion with citrus and a sweet grain backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma combines earthy dark grains and light roast with a hint of chocolate underlying. Flavor has light chocolate and an earthy roast with a bready dark grain backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber brown with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has some bread and dark grains with a toasty note supporting. Flavor has dry roast and earthy dark grains with a good amount of bread backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bread with some earthy grains and a bit of a leaf note. Flavor has a bread and slightly earthy grain combination with a hint of sweetness in the finish.
