Appearance: petroleum black, beautiful head of beige colour. Aroma: chocolate cake, waffles, cinnamon, roasted barley, tonka beans. Taste: not overly sweet, roasted, coffee, chocolate, tonka beans, cream, waffles, some hop. Light plus bitterness. Palate: medium to full body, smooth texture, average carbonation. Overall: the aroma has a lot dessert character, the taste is lovely. Brilliant balance.

Draught @ MBCC 2019 - Yellow Session
Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, chili, coffee, caramel and brown sugar. Taste is heavy sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, chili, roasted, chocolate and coffee finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Tap. Almost black, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet, cinnamon, gingerbread, cherries, caramel, icing sugar, spiced rum, pastries, muffins, nuts, dried fruits, interesting. Taste: sweet, muffins, cinnamon, nuts such as almonds, chocolate, chili, good brew.

Bottle @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours hazy golden with a white head and lacings. Good grassy, bready and citrussy. Dry and crisp. Rather smooth. Nice.
