Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Midnight Project ERIS vs Naga ].Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, wood, light nutty - smoked chili (earthy - woody). Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chili, wood, roasted, chocolate, light smoked chili - nutty - earthy - woody. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20190510] 8-3-8-4-15

Tap. Black color, coffee foam. Dessert and sweet aroma, vanilla, rum, chocolate and “sticky toffee pudding”, cinnamon, sweet spices, caramel, toffee. Taste: sweet, cinnamon, honey, vanilla, spiced rum, milk chocolate, coffee with cream, ice cream, cookies with berries, drunk cherry, soft, very cool. Great beer.

Tap. Cloudy yellow with orange. Aroma: sour, orange, ascorbic acid, ripe apricot, sweetness and sourness go side by side. Taste: sour, sour milk, apricot, ascorbic acid, citrus (lemon and orange), a touch of wildness, not bad.

Hazy ochre yellow, moderate frothy white head. Decent lacing. Nose: lactic, lemon acid, gooseberry, malt. Similar taste. Medium sour. Very clean. Fruity. Very refreshing
