Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a one finger tall brown head of good retention. Aroma: Chocolate cookies, cinnamon and almonds, toasted malts, dough. Taste: Moderately sweet. Rich. Chocolate cookies, cinnamon and almonds, good hop. pronounced ending bitterness. Mouth feel: Full body, fine carbonation. Summary: Near to too much pastry in the aroma. Really balanced and good in taste and body.

Appearance: cloudy bright yellow with a large white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: New world hop Taste: medium dry. Hoppy. Neutral malt. pine needles, citrus fruit, tropical notes. Medium bitter ending Summary: nice.

Appearance: beautiful clear gold with a nice white frothy head. Aroma: grapefruit, lupulin, resin, crackers, somewhat catty. Taste: light sweet, medium plus bitterness. Grapefruit, resin, hop oil. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: medium to full body, average carbonation. Overall: a good classic IPA.

Appearance: Cloudy crimson read with a small pink frothy head of good retention. Aroma: Black currant jam, forest berries, vinous notes. Taste: Light to medium sweet and sour, fairly fruity, a lot of berries with predominant black currants. Forrest berries. Vinous. Slightly alcoholic. Tart ending. Mouth feel: Medium tto full body. Average carbonation. Summary: Mighty. Good. Not sure if it really has to be that strong.

Appearance: Foggy gold with a moderate white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: Tropical fruit (mostly passion fruit, guava, lychee), catty, less citrus fruit, strong white wine, dank, malt. Taste: Light to medium sweet, medium to heavy bitter. Exotic fruit (guava, kiwi, passion fruit), grapefruit, sherry, malt, some resin. LIngering hoppy ending and aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, average carbonation. Summary: A well-made one.
