Description
A young brewery out of Digbeth, Birmingham, Dig Brew Co have quickly established themselves as ones to watch, not just in Birmingham but the UK and beyond. The micro-brewery is the brainchild of Mad O'Rourke's owner Peter Towler and cocktail expert Oliver Webb.

Tap at the brewery. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big biscuit malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, rich, melon, pear, biscuit, dough, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is light bitter, with a fresh, crisp, light citrus, stone fruit, mineral, light floral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Cask gravity at Brooksteed Worthing. Dark brown beer not much head. Aroma of malty dark chocolate. no real hop just about ok condition and temperature. Decent dark mild light blackcurrant flavour
