Description
A young brewery out of Digbeth, Birmingham, Dig Brew Co have quickly established themselves as ones to watch, not just in Birmingham but the UK and beyond. The micro-brewery is the brainchild of Mad O'Rourke's owner Peter Towler and cocktail expert Oliver Webb.

Keg at BD 7D, 18/10/18. Pinkish pour with a light crimson cap. Nose is grass, light citric zest, pink berry fizz, toasted grains. Taste comprises lemon rind, pink lemonade, straw, light red berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. OK refresher but perhaps not sincere.

ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, light caramel, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181019]

Keg at Brewdog Birmingham; murky peach pour with a creamy pink head, aroma has a hint of raspberry, taste has smooth raspberry, quite a creamy texture, not much carbonation, a hint of chokeberry.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Medium head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops and has a nice fruity finish.
