Description
A young brewery out of Digbeth, Birmingham, Dig Brew Co have quickly established themselves as ones to watch, not just in Birmingham but the UK and beyond. The micro-brewery is the brainchild of Mad O'Rourke's owner Peter Towler and cocktail expert Oliver Webb.

330ml bottle.  Pours jet black with no head.  Aroma is oily roast, liquorice, light chilli and dark chocolate.  Taste has roast, liquorice, warming chilli.  Vanilla and chocolate sponge cake.

Keg at Indymanbeercon 2022 with Stuu666 and cgarvieuk. Pours clear ruby brown with a thin white head. Aromas of toffee and red fruit Taste is malty. Thin finish.

330ml bottle from the brewery. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived, frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, orange, light liqourice, warm alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
