Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a small foamy orange-white head that left very good lacing. The aroma was orange, pineapple, grapefruit and pine. The flavor was tangy and bitter with orange, pineapple, grapefruit and pine. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a black color with a medium sized creamy tan head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was coffee, wood and roasty malt. The flavor was dry, roasty and woody with floral hops and a bit of cream. Long finish. Medium bodied and smooth.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a black color with faint orange highlights and a small foamy brown head that left decent lacing. The aroma was coffee, roasty malt and a bit of vanilla. The flavor was brewed coffee, roasty malt, bitterness, wood, anise and a touch of cocoa. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a caramel brown color with a large creamy orange-tan head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was tangy golden fruit and astringent tobacco. The flavor was caramel, tobacco, leather and an astringent presence with undertones of sweet golden fruit and cherry and rough boozy presence. Long finish of tobacco, leather and booze. Moderately full bodied.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy dark amber color with a medium sized foamy orange-white head that left good lacing. The aroma was grapefruit, pineapple and a bit of leather. The flavor was bitter with tobacco, grapefruit, pineapple and a boozy bite. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Better than expected given that i despise Mosaic hops. ++ Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a slightly hazy amber color with a small creamy white head that left good lacing. The flavor was sweetish and piney. The flavor was pine, cactus, cat pee and earthiness. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a black color with a small foamy brown head that left good lacing. The aroma was woody and roasty with a bit of anise. The flavor was sharp strong wood, a bit of roastiness and anise. Long finish. Medium bodied. Woodiness grows and overwhelms. Like chewing on a twig.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a reddish nut brown color with a medium sized foamy beige head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was woody and malty with hints of caramel and dark fruit. The flavor was malty, woody and nutty with faint caramel and tobacco. Medium length finish. Medium bodied and smooth. Well done for this style.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a cloudy orange-peach color with a medium sized foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was musty, wheaty and a bit phenolic. The flavor was sweetish and yeasty with light tart cranberry. Medium length finish. Medium body.
