Appearance: Cloudy gold, moderate white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: purely fermented, stone fruit, medium sour, light sweet. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: Pretty OK.

Two months old. Appearance: Cloudy amber with a moderate white head of decent retention. Aroma: dominant honey and biscuit, additional citrus fruit. Taste: Light plus sweet, no bitterness. Obviously oxidated. Some honey and caramel remain. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, soft carbonation. Summary: if that (un)fresh, not worth the money.

Tap. Jelly color, cloudy, thin, creamy foam. Aroma: sweet and sour, fresh strawberries and jam, mint. Taste: sour-sweet, slightly watery, strawberries, red currants, mint, a little salty, not bad.

Tap. Golden, clear, white-foam. Weak aroma, especially for the declared Mosaic, light fruitiness, malt, a little citrus, light sweetness. Taste: sweetish, malt, citrus and fruit, moderate bitterness, they need to fix the aroma.

Appearance: opaque deep brown to black with a tall beige head of good retention. Aroma: roasted, chocolate waffles, coffee liquor, cream, nuts, some citrus hops breaking through. Taste: light to medium sweet and bitter. Roast and toast. Coffee, milk chocolate, nut waffles, brandy, solid hopping. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: surprisingly good given I'm not a pastry fan. A lot of brewers forget about the balance of sweet and bitter. This one is just right.

Appearance: cloudy bright yellow with a moderate white head of medium retention. Aroma: pineapple, exotic fruit, sea salt, wheat bread. Taste: pretty sour, fruity, salty, bready. Some spiciness. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: a pretty pleasant fruited gose. Fairly good.
