Huge thanks to Erzengel for this one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, moldy-malty. Light fruity hints of apple. Shy hoppy background. Okay.

Intense sweetish quince nose. The quince-cider starts sweetish fresh. Lots of sugar added there, the quinces are in the aftertaste, but the sugary alcohol is way above it.

Bottle from Rudat. Smooth and mild beginning with grainy parts. Easy to drink with a round and mild body, not much bitterness with caramelly parts. Long mild smooth aftertaste, caramel, hints of grain, very nice.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blond mid-sized frothy head. Fruity hoppy and yeasty spicy aroma with notes of apricots and berries. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a mildly sparkly carbonation. Delicately malty base with a vinous fruit character of citrus, grapefruit and berries, accompanied by yeasty, almost a tad funky spice; lingering sour-fruity and delicately vinous finish. A nice kind of hazy IPL. 31.VIII.18

0.5 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before December 2018. Slightly hazy, golden with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, grassy and slightly fruity aroma of fresh grass, pomelo and gooseberry. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and a bit fruity taste of fresh grass, some grains, a touch of gooseberry and traces of pomelo, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and a bit dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, very smooth and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very refreshing Lager, highly quaffable and quite crisp for the style, rather unusual hop profile.

NRW-Flasche: Golden, hazy, small and slowly collapsing loose white head; moderate sweetish grainy nose with a mild, but distinctive grassy - freshly mowed grass - and mildly yeasty background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied, shorter mild bitter-grainy finish with some balancing malty spots. Not bad...

(swing top bottle, 100cl) Cloudy, orange-amber colour with a big and tanned foamy head. Yeasty, “greenish” malty aroma with traces of caramel, also some infectious sour-fruity notes and a vague whiff of herbal hops in the background. Mildly bitter and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mf. Slightly cara-malty taste with discreetly herbal accents and an obvious sour-fruity touch of infection; mildly bitter and delicately cara-malty finish. Too bad it´s already infected. 29.I.14
