Klare goldene Farbe, ordentliche weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch süß malzig, etwas getreidig. Geschmack sehr malzig, gering süß, getreidig, mild, nichts besonderes.

Das Bier hat eine goldene Farbe und wenig weißen Schaum. Geruch kräftig malzig, leicht süß, minimal hopfig. Geschmack sehr malzig, florale Aromen, Heu, leicht hopfig, würzig.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass golden, nice head. Fine spicy aroma. Starts malty, more and more spicy, light moldy-grasy notes. Background a bit sourish, not too intense. Finish with grasy-malty notes, still fine spicy. I liked it!

Smooth malty beginning. Fresh and intense, hints of rock sugar, hints of dark malt. The mainpart is quite sweetish-sticky, dark sugar with nearly no bitterness. Not too sticky. Interesting combination!

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Doughy and slightly grainy malty aroma with a shy hoppy touch. Sweet and restrained bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly grainy malt character with notes of biscuits and traces of herbal hoppy spice in the background; slightly honey-ish sweet malty finish. Easy-going session Lager. 06.XI.14

(swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and firm medium-sized foamy head. Moderately grainy and slightly doughy malty aroma with hints of biscuits and shades of caramel in the background. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly biscuity and mildly grainy (cara-)malty taste with discreet herbal hoppy notes; sweet and mildly bitter malt-accented finish with biscuity, slightly draff-bready notes and traces of caramel. A decent, hearty Lager. 06.XI.14

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Very deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, raisins, some syrup and mild wood, but yet very much on the sweet side. Flavour is raisins, some sweet malts and strange sweetish wooden and mildly toasted notes.

Schöne Bernsteinfarbe, sehr intensiver würzig-hopfiger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist angenehm süßlich-malzig, schön würzig. Zum Hauptteil wird das Bier etwas herber, eine Note, die gut zu der malzigkeit passt, die der Hauptteil ausstrahlt. Dazu eine sehr angenehme milde Würzigkeit. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang anhaltend, vollmundig-weich-würzig und mild-malzig. Dabei feinherb.
