50cl bottle pours a clear gold with some sticky, white head. Nose is crisp with straw and grass, some honey and grist, a little lemon. Flavor follows, lemon, mild soap, mild herbs, straw, grass, peanut skins, white dough. Crisp finish. Nicely done.
