Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, consumed at home Saturday 18th February 2023 listening to Hamish Hawk - Angel Numbers and cooking a Morroccan Fish Tagine. Pours hazy yellow in colour with a large white head, nice soft carbonation, the usual here weisse characteristics are quite subtle here, yea there is banana and yeast and stuff but it’s very muted, that’s not to say that this isn’t a good beer, because it’s actually pretty good, it’s just that I’ve had better.

A golden beer, a head is white and medium. Aroma has maltyness, some grain and sweetness of honey. Taste has maltyness, some grain and grass, some bitterness and dry enough. Medium bodied. Pretty nice beer.

500ml can at share. pale golden body with a small foamy white head. Aroma is bready malts, hint of lemon. Taste is malty, biscuity with a tiny hop backend. Notes of wet cardboard.

500ml can pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice citrus hops and some wheat notes. Taste is more of the citrus notes and straw.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home with Nick, Anna Charlie and Sarah, Monday 23rd January 2023 listening to 6Music - Cacti. We are cooking homemade burgers with a salad. Pours clear chestnut brown with a light ruby glint and a disappointing off white head that couldn't be bothered hanging around. The nose is as expected, mostly with a little dried fruit. Taste is also malty and again dried fruits show up, a little dark bread, not overly complicated, nice moutheel but all told, this is a lower mid table effort and isn't going to threaten the playoffs.

Appearance: Clear pale gold with a tall off-white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: Crackers, barley, noble hop. Taste: Clean and crisp, Medium dry. Good malt & hop. Light to medium bitter in the ending with growing aftertaste bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: Absolutely satisfying.
